Interactive and hands-on experiences with exciting new products and digital technologies can be had throughout the event at the Innovation & Partnership Pavilion. The Forum is gathering of aspirational orthodontic professionals driven to excel both clinically and professionally. The Careers and Cocktails Social is intended to connect you with others within this group who have common goals and needs for the coming years and are looking for a partner, transition opportunity, or a position at a great practice. The Forum Ranch & Rodeo Charity Shindig*

Put on your boots and spurs and get ready for an evening of ranch life and line-dancing at the Forum’s 8th annual charity event benefitting Smile for a Lifetime Foundation. Hosted at a 1,000 acre working cattle ranch, this is your chance to dive into Texas culture, ride a bull, connect with peers, and more—all while supporting a national charity providing quality orthodontic treatment for deserving and underserved individuals. Saddle Up!

Ormco Corporation is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental educations. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Ormco Corporation designates The Forum for 14 continuing education credits and designates the Pre-Forum Damon Essentials Seminar for 6 continuing education credits.

The Pre-Forum Insignia Academy does not qualify for continuing education credits.

All speakers listed are paid speakers and/or paid consultants for Ormco Corporation.

The Physicians Sunshine Act requires that manufacturers report transfers of value to the physicians (such as educational programs, meals, etc.) to the Federal Government. The report includes identifying information about the physicians, including their name, business address, specialty, NPI and license number, the nature and amount of the transfer, and any explanatory details. In accordance with the Sunshine Act, it is required by law that the transfer of value of this admission to this Ormco event, if provided to an attending Healthcare Provider, will be disclosed to the Federal Government. The attendee will be responsible for travel and other expenses applicable to the event. Other rules and restrictions may apply.


International Travel

If you are traveling from outside the United States to attend the Forum, please ensure your passport does not expire for at least six months beyond the trip dates. If your passport expires within six months of your travels, you must renew your passport prior to your trip.

Visa Invitation Letter Request Process:

  1. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Lauren Rome.
  2. Reply to the registration confirmation email and request a Visa Invitation Letter.

Please note that registration is required prior to requesting a Visa Invitation letter.

Cancellation Policy

Tuition is fully refundable for cancellations received by February 6, 2019. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received by this date or for no-shows.
