Dr. Sonia Palleck
London, ON, Canada
Dr. Palleck is a two-time graduate of the University of Western Ontario (UWO), having completed her dental program then receiving her masters in orthodontics there. In private practice for 17 years, she is also a clinical instructor at UWO and has served four terms as president of the Oxford County Dental Society. With special interest in office systems and digital orthodontics, specifically Insignia™, she has lectured in the U.S., Canada and Europe. She is working with micro-pulse technology to study its effect on custom appliance treatment.
A Perspective on Digital Orthodontics
Dr. Chris Chang
A diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Chang received his PhD in bone physiology and certificate in orthodontics from Indiana University. He is publisher of the International Journal of Orthodontics and Implantology (iJoI), author of the workbook for the International Association of Orthodontists and Implantologists and co-author of Orthodontics, Volumes I, II & III. In private practice, Dr. Chang also lectures worldwide on a wide range of topics, including impaction therapy, PSL mechanics, gummy smiles, TADs, and Steve Jobs's effective presentations. As a private instructor, he has taught 2,000+ doctors from 21 countries and is actively involved in the design of TADs and their application in impaction treatment.

Dr. Dwight Damon

A pioneer and leader in the orthodontic profession, Dr. Damon is widely known for development of the Damon System and its philosophy of use and has lectured worldwide on advanced treatment protocols. He earned his DDS and MSD from the University of Washington School of Dentistry and was awarded its Distinguished Alumnus Award, one of only 23 alumni to have received it. In private practice for more than 40 years, Dr. Damon has written numerous professional articles and has been featured in leading peer-reviewed journals, including the JCO and the AJO-DO. A chapter he wrote was accepted for inclusion in the text Orthodontics: Current Principles and Techniques, edited by T.M. Graber.

Dr. Stuart Frost
Mesa, AZ, USA
Dr. Frost received his dental degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and practiced general dentistry for 5 years—two with his father and three in his own office. Following a one-year fellowship in temporomandibular joint dysfunction, he completed a two-year residency in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at the University of Rochester. In private practice, he is currently a part-time associate clinical professor at the University of the Pacific orthodontic program and has lectured on the Damon system globally. Dr. Frost has been named one of the Phoenix area's top orthodontists by a group of his peers from 2004-2015.

Dr. Daniel Klauer

Dr. Klauer is the Clinical Director at the TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre. He was a member of the Big East Championship Golf Team while attending the University of Notre Dame. He then graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and has completed over 2,000 hours of continuing education in Craniofacial Pain, TMD, and Sleep Medicine. He is Board Certified with American Board of Craniofacial Pain, American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine. In 2013, he limited his practice to the treatment of TMD, craniofacial pain, headaches and sleep breathing disorders and he a frequently lectures on these topics.

Dr. Jamie Reynolds

Dr. Reynolds earned his dental degree from the University of Michigan and his master's degree in orthodontics from the University of Detroit-Mercy. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and the first orthodontist to include an Insignia case in his ABO recertification examination. In private practice, he lectures nationally and internationally on the Damon System, advanced orthodontic technologies, soft-tissue lasers and aligners. His passion to make high-quality orthodontic treatment accessible to as many people as possible led him to co-found OrthoFi for which he now serves as board chairman. Dr. Vas Srinvasan

Dr. Srinivasan graduated from dental school in 2000 in India and went on to complete his first masters in Minnesota. He gained his orthodontic degree from University of Sydney in 2006, later serving as its Clinical Director for 3 years. He started Invisible Orthodontics on the Sunshine Coast in 2012 and opened his satellite practice in Hervey Bay in 2013. He has started more than 150 insignia cases and 1400 clear aligner cases and published numerous articles on obstructive sleep apnea. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Indian Orthodontic Society, and the World Federation of Orthodontists. Dr. Vas has served as a key opinion leader for aligner technology for the past few years and participated in multiple clinical trials, including those for Ormco’s Spark™ aligners.
