Dr. Matias Anghileri

Dr. Anghileri graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and is a Specialist in Orthodontics and Functional Orthopedics. A former professor of orthodontics at the Universidad de Morón, Argentina, he is president of the Academia Internacional de Odontología Integral (B.B. AIOI), a lecturer for the Sociedad Argentina de Ortodoncia and guest lecturer for the Universidad Católica Argentina. Dr. Alan Bagden

A diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Bagden is also a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Honorary Dental Society and the American College of Dentists in recognition of his contribution to the orthodontic profession. He received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania and his certificate in orthodontics from the University of Maryland. He has lectured extensively, including for the European Orthodontic Society, the Canadian Association of Orthodontists, numerous international and domestic Damon System conferences, and for the AAO. Dr. Nasib Balut

Dr. Balut received his dental degree from Universidad Tecnologica de México in México City, Mexico, where he served as chairman of the orthodontic program from 1994 to 2000. He earned his postgraduate degree in orthodontics and master's degree in oral biology from Loyola University. He served as president of the Mexican Board of Orthodontics from 2009-2012 and is author of Mini-Implants as Anchorage in Orthodontics.
Dr. Tim Bandeen

Dr. Bandeen graduated with honors from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors society. He received his MS and orthodontic specialty training from the University of Tennessee where his thesis was honored with the James Powell Research Award. Dr. Bandeen has served on the faculty of the orthodontics department at the University of Tennessee as a clinical instructor and as director of the graduate course in cephalometrics and radiology. Dr. Barron earned his doctoral degree in dental medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and received his post-doctoral degree in orthodontics, and MS in oral biology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He is an original member of the Damon Champion Group and Key Opinion Leader and member of the Ormco Speakers Bureau. Dr. Frank Bogdan

Dr. Bogdan received his doctoral degree in dental medicine and certificate in orthodontics from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and has guest-lectured at the university since 2001, joining the faculty on a part-time basis in 2003. Dr. Burns earned her degree in Dental Medicine with honors from the University of Pittsburgh and her Certificate in Orthodontics and Masters of Education and Science from the Ohio State University. She received her certificate from the Roth Institute of TMJ centered orthodontic treatment and serves on the faculty of the OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry. He is publisher of the International Journal of Orthodontics and Implantology (iJoI), author of the workbook for the International Association of Orthodontists and Implantologists and co-author of Orthodontics, Volumes I, II & III. Dr. Mike Mayhew

Mike Mayhew, DDS, MS, received his dental education at the University of North Carolina with specialty degrees in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
